New Caney Again
Well we had transfer board drop today! That was awesome! I get to stay
another in beautiful New Caney, Texas! Now trio-free! I also get to train
this transfer. So mysterious!
Anyway, small thought and small rewind
2 Nephi 9
28 O that cunning plan of the evil one! O the vainness, and the frailties,
and the foolishness of men! When they are learned they think they are wise,
and they hearken not unto the counsel of God, for they set it aside,
supposing they know of themselves, wherefore, their wisdom is foolishness
and it profiteth them not. And they shall perish.
29 But to be learned is good if they hearken unto the counsels of God.
This week the only notable thing that happened was a flea scare. No
worries, we gassed the car. Basically, we knocked on the door of one of our
firends. They weren't home. When we came back to the car we noticed we were
covered in fleas! We got it all figured out though. Besides that, both of
my comps are going to some of my previous areas. Elder Halverson is going
to Jacinto City, and Elder Vetterli is going to Orange! It'll be exciting
for them for sure. Um besides that thank you for all of your prayers and
stuff. Short email, sorry. It late.
